Markus Graf is a Berlin-based 3D Generalist & Matte Painting Artist with over 15 years of experience in high-end VFX and 3D animation for films, series, and commercials. He has worked globally with top studios like ILM, Framestore, and Method, bringing a deep understanding of the full 3D production pipeline and is able to deliver tasks from concept to final compositing.
His passion for gaming and real-time graphics also led to roles as an Unreal Operator and Virtual Art Department Supervisor on Virtual Production Stages.
For the past six years, he has led and supervised complex projects while staying hands-on, working directly on shots. Known for his flexibility and customer-first problem-solving approach, Markus consistently delivers top-quality, reliable CGI solutions.
