Martin Kaltofen

Martin Kaltofen is a freelance Postproduction Producer based in Berlin. With ten years of experience in post-production, his expertise spans VFX and CG production, as well as motion design and animation—both in moving image and still frame production. He has developed extensive knowledge, particularly in the automotive sector.

After studying communication science, he started at Rekorder as a PA and gradually transitioned into post-production. Over the years, he worked as a freelancer, including a tenure at ARRI, contributing to both feature films and commercials.

Most recently, Martin spent 2.5 years at Sehsucht Berlin as a VFX/CG Post Producer, managing high-end projects and further refining his expertise in complex post-production workflows. He takes a proactive and solutions-driven approach—focusing not just on overcoming challenges but on understanding and preventing them before they arise, enssuring seamless and efficient project execution.
